POST 7: Changes to my Study Programme
Hello!
Well, I study architecture, and some changes that could be made, more than on subjects, is the delivery time of the works, which being so little, affects the performance of the workshop and theoretical projects, personally the little time it does not let me focus on learning, but only on delivering and nothing else.
Regarding the semester organization, I think it would be more beneficial if the semester were organized as in the first semesters of a pandemic, when the five months were divided into two sections, the first only for theoretical and the second only for workshop, the overlap system is very detrimental to learning.
Regarding the faculty, I don't think I'm in a position to comment on changes, since I am a student from the region and I still don't know the facilities.
The use of technologies in the race seems great to me, since in my career delivery times are short, so replacing the models with BIM and realistic models saves a lot of time, money and work.
In terms of teaching methods, I think that, considering the current pandemic situation, teachers should have flexibility for deliveries, and perhaps implement applicable techniques and flexible work in the study plans to be executed in our own environments, the branches of urban planning, history and even workshop from the 3, are oriented to be worked only in Santiago, I believe that the pandemic has made us open the perspective that from the university they already teach us from a centralist perspective, in the teaching method we could think of actions applicable to the whole country, not just Santiago.
Regarding the subjects that are taught, the ones that I have now studied seem great for the application of the technical in architecture and the conceptual, so if I could complement the subjects, perhaps social work courses could be included.
Well I think that's it, see you soon!
ahhh you are troll aahhh??? put the letters in black, your a genius. Now with your bloog:
ResponderEliminarI am too in career of Architecture and is so difficult with academic overload, you don´t have time for nothing. Give the work at time and learn wrong is not funny. I agrre with you about divide into two sections, the first only for theoretical and the second only for workshop. you can focus on theorics and later in workshop without stress.
yes social work should be in every carrer !!
